1. Amazon Operations Specialist
Location: Rīga, Latvia (on-site preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon platforms (EU/US markets).
- Optimize product pages for SEO, conversions, and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data, monitor competition, and adjust strategies to maximize revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and returns to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central operations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent English (written/spoken); additional language skills (German/French) are a plus.
- Knowledge of EU/US e-commerce regulations and consumer trends.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a startup environment.
2. Graphic Designer (Branding & Digital Marketing)

Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality visual content for product listings, ads, social media, and websites.
- Design brand assets (logos, packaging, promotional materials) aligned with NIPOGI’s identity.
- Develop engaging infographics, videos, and animations for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (e-commerce/tech industry preferred).
- Portfolio showcasing expertise in digital marketing visuals and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools.
- Strong storytelling ability through visuals and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset, adaptability, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
